I've more or less gotten over approach anxiety when it comes strictly to the girl. Obviously, it sucks if you get rejected, but the beauty of cold approach is that you can play the numbers game.
The problem I have is that I pussy out of cold approaches when there are people around me. Say, for example, I'm walking down the street and see a hot chick coming through my path. If there aren't people walking super close to me I have no issue approaching.
The issue is when there are people close to me(which happens often if you're walking around downtown). I absolutely hate the feeling of getting rejected with someone around me who would have heard the interaction. I have no shame in admitting I feel embarrassed knowing that people around me saw me fail.
Even worse would be a coffee shop or transit situation. I can never imagine putting myself out there and taking the risk that a girl might reject me in front of a bunch of people.
How do I stop giving a fuck about the people around me?
