So i am a virgin , no experience with women. Last week i saw a girl she used to come out for a walk with her dog. I approached her asked her name , the dog's name and then asked for her instagram but she refused she saying ' you can talk to me here ' in a very freindly tone. After 2 days we met accidentally again and chatted about what she does and I told her little bit about myself. Can't really say that she is ignoring me , she cracked few jokes and all.

Should i continue talking to her ? tho i dont go out everyday , only when i feel like going out. The goal is to smash and maybe date her if she's really my type.
