Hello all , after graduation i got invited by a friend of a friend to start a startup togheter , he would give me 40% shares to be the cto and that's all , I don't put any money on it , this week he is planning that we make the deed of establishement , we are doing this in Jakarta, Indonesia , I'm a foreigner , but my question is , what risk can I have if I sign that deed of establishement , knowing that we need to have a capital to make the company and he said that he is going to take it from a friend , put it in the bank and after we get registered give it back to him , it all sound weird for me as I don't have any experience . Also I saw something about being the commissioner and the two partners directors
