To keep it concise and not off topic heres the deal,

Some girl looks at me, I look at her. Its not that often. Average time eye contact is 2-3 seconds.I break eye contact, she breaks eye contact. I tell myself she's just checking me out without any attraction involved. Later, I start to analyze. But there wasn't any deep (10 second) eye contact. It was just quick so I just assume its nothing. Maybe there is, idk haven't tried asking them out.

I also am afraid of going up to girls because I tend to see a chick, and she's good looking, and I'll be like, oh wow she's nice but I still don't feel anything for her, like she's nice but its not like "I am going to approach her right this instant" but I guess thats because of approach anxiety, I guess thats part of "make up any reason to not approach", and perhaps I fear the approach itself even though theres nothing to fear except the idea of it. I see her a second time a week later, I'm like " oh its her " but due to a big variety of reasons, I just skip it (feeling tired most days this semester, not really happy, and anxious about many things). And its not one chick but several chicks and all of them I get similar feelings.

Thing is, I have some personal problems of my own and I am in my own bubble most of the time because I just can't ease up the tension. I hit the gym, been before but took a long break but I am back and it has been two days.

I want to be happy and succeed and enjoy my life but I feel mentally down this week. I keep saying to myself the sun will always rise tomorrow, so I try to be positive. But its not easy.
