Seriously, though, I have the same fear. There's no way to guarantee your safety against disgruntled women. I think even Brad Pitt would have trouble getting women to sign such things. And most of what we do for protection goes down the drain if the judge likes the bitch better than you.

A waiver wouldn't mean anything unless it comprehensively described every single activity or sensation that could theoretically happen during sex.

Someone can agree to fuck you, but not in the position you want, or for as long as you want, or whatever. If you force them it's still rape, even if they agreed to have sex.

Therefore, even if someone signed a consent form, they could simply accuse you of doing something not covered by the form.

Tell her she looks like she's going to be rough and freaky and you need a safe word. Then get one from her. If she gives you one she just consented to sex. You can then send joking texts about we need a new safe word.. Basically any reply to that text is documented proof that she approved of sex and that you respected her wishes. Absolutely nothing is fool proof though because the court system is heavily biased in favor of women. Just don't leave a women angry and scorned after a break up and you should be fine.
