Doing this for the sake of my own mental health.
Chasing after women has caused me nothing but stress and frustration; as a result, I want to identify this as a toxic behavioral pattern and cut it out. It does absolutely nothing for my personal benefit.
What's more, whenever I am functioning "at my best?" I don't want to chase after women, the focus goes towards more fruitful endeavors.
Obviously the attraction will always still be there, but I mean, best to let that shit happen on its own, right? You know, let someone come along and find me, that type of perception?
Such a damn drain to constantly be looking for that which I do not need.
