Something I was thinking about retrospectively and from people watching: "The average american girl actually wishes and WANTS you to become an alpha."

Let me explain why I am starting to think this way. Girls will often put guys they don't think are alpha enough into the friendzone. After doing quite a bit of people watching and thinking about my own time spent in a couple of friendzone situations I've noticed women sort of dropping hints (some of them quite strong) that the guy should take charge, set a boundary, etc.

EX: a girl I knew used to always play punch buggie with this guy. He would never hit her back even though she said it was a game and he could totally hit her if he wanted for the purposes of the game. She told me she liked him, but wishes he wasn't so soft. She used to hit this man like she was a dude. He clearly didn't like it or want to play the game, but never told her to stop he would just withdraw like the beta he is.

Thinking back to that she was wishing for him to step up and be the man that she wants him to be.

Thoughts? As I ponder this, I'll try and come up with more examples of this.
