I was originally going to flip out for you being a lazy fuck and not reading the sidebar and just posting this dumb question here - but i hit a PR on my bench so i am in a good mood

Read top posts of Archwinger, GayLubeOil, dr_warlock, HumanSockPuppet, and OmLala.

Start weight lifting 3x a week - Heavy compound movements. No cardio, no P90 no crossfit. Heavy ass weights.
Start eating clean. Remove processed foods from your diet. Make sure you eat 300 calories more than your TDEE aka start bulking
Look up style youtubers like alpha m and real men real style and up your fashion sense
Fix your beard and hair style
Start Watching RSD videos on youtube to fix your shitty thinking patterns aka fix your inner game
Look up redpillbooks subreddit and download "the_red_pill_mega_book_collection_v20/" and start reading everything
Lift heavy ass weights.

Going solo is tough in places where social circles are expected. In the seddit sub there was the advice to tell the girls that your friend just left you alone with a girl under his arm. I think 'I am a tourist can you lead me around?' might also work. Also 'my friend is late' and afterwards 'we will go <somewhere else> when he arrives' might work and adds a false time constraint.

In general sport clubs, meetups and stuff like that might be more of your thing. Try to find common interests. Then you automatically have openings. Like that you might as well find a wing.
