Guys need a little advise here.

I have a coworker that i like. She's an 7 - 8, intelligent and passes on most of my internal checks. She was exchanging glances with me and holding sight but we did not talk too much. just work and on rare occasions. I invited her on several occasions to parties with co-workers and she passed them all. I know mistake there, oh well she's fucking cute and around beautiful girls i penis-think (working on that).

Anyways a month ago we somehow by chance managed to get two days of long conversations on a joint project. She started qualifying and telling me how good she is and what she does in her spare time etc. I keep it calm make a few jokes, share some stories, and was able to keep the conversations fun and interesting (basic rules: seem a little disinterested etc.). Got cockbloked/pussyblocked several times but meh.

So another mistake was for me to ask her several days after if she wants to eat together and talk some more. She declined, tried to argue and put conditions. I declined.

So i am not giving her attention at all through this whole month. I am minding my own business.

At team meetings i always joke and always kind of in the center of attention. And in one of the meetings, while i joke around with some girls i feel a tap on my shoulder and i see her behind me trying to get my attention. I joke a little with her, but i share my attention and am just friendly. We return and i know she wants to be around as she waits a little and we move to our offices. Again cockblocked by colleague.

So guys what should i do to get this girl. I like her but not fucking sure what should i do next ? Any advise ?

PS. She told me she has a bf, but i treated it like the shit test it was, did not care. Also she's in a different department so not much work interference.
