Account is throaway

My ex (diagnosed with bpd) has made many attempts and threats at killing herself. Sends me 100's of messages/calls/video messages on different #s everyday, kidnaps my cat, and threatens to tell police i use to sell illegible goods. I go to the police after constant harassment and they call her telling her to stop calling me and she ended up going to a psychward.

Fast Forward: 2 months go by without hearing a single thing until one day I got a call from a random number and I drunkenly answer at a bar. Its her and in a moment of stupid weakness I agree to see her one more time because she claims to have gotten better. We talk/fuck (not date) for a month before she starts going crazy again. I break things off and now the phone calls, video messages, etc have began. She is threatening to kill herself. What the fuck do I do, am I in too deep at this point. i understand going back the second time was stupid and completely destroyed my frame. We live 3 hours from each other but idk if that would stop her from driving down.

My question is what the fuck do i do now???

TL;DR Dated BPD girl broke up with her: tried to maintain as plate and it backfired and she went batshit crazy again.
