When I was growing up, I got very few compliments from guys and girl alike. I was always a nerdy beta male.

Over the last four years, I have trained intensely in my sport to become fit. These past few months, I have added about 15 pounds of mostly muscle through lifting.

With these changes along with a transformational shift in mindset, I have noticed changes in the way people react to me. I am often called confident by girls, and they will compliment me on my personality.

Additionally, I am attending an elite university, and when girls find out they will usually say, "WOW" or "you must be smart" or ask how I got in. Some times they will also throw in a shit test.

I am not really sure how to handle these interactions. Usually, I just smile and say thanks, but that can be awkward.

I know how to deal with shit tests, but how do I deal with compliments?
