Wanted to go to see a movie and asked a girl we hang out with occasionally to go with me. I told her I'd text her the details. I did so today and the movie is this evening. She responded with 'I can't today'. As much as I was looking forward to the movie itself rejection always takes a toll on me. I am generally a jealous person as well as a niceguy though I am working on changing that. I overly invested my thoughts into that girl but I didn't show it, so I may be overthinking this aswell. I try my best to follow TRP guidelines but emotionally I still need a lot of practice. Advice is welcome.
