Ok so I am at a point which I have posted about where I have been having serious alcohol problems which I believe have raised my estrogen/hurt my game. 2 days off the sauce now. Been eating very healthy foods that increase test levels and hitting the gym. However, this got me thinking.

We know that todays gynostate is what has enabled the ugliest aspects of female hypergamy to flourish. We know that technology has changed the sexual marketplace and made it necessary for forums like this to exist. I hear a lot of stuff around red pill circles/the manosphere/right wing groups ect about how eventually there will be a societal correction and we will return to a masculine based society. Rise up and put the THOTs back in their place. But then I thought, what if we simply are no longer manly enough to do so? Our testosterone levels have been declining 1% on average by year for 30 years. We have 30% less testosterone than the men just a generation ago had. What if, on average, the Western man simply isn't biologically male enough to take back what is his? Yes, when my diet and lifting is in order and I'm staying away from the drugs and alcohol I feel manly - but I cant help thinking how much more manly I would have felt doing the same thing 30 years ago. Not to mention, 30 years ago men didn't even have to lift and eat spinach every day just to feel like men. Today you have to actively work on holding on to your fleeting manhood. I am starting to wonder if we should all get on TRT or some kind of mild anabolic if we are ever going to have a chance.
