Last Friday I made a move on a friend's friend. I dig her, near 7. I haven't made a move before because I was committed, and after I broke I spent months not seeing her.
So, what comes is, the environment wasn't great. Not a lot of people, no one making out, not a lot of singles, and she wasn't interested, but she persistently remarked "I'm not saying no, just not here, lets hang out another day".

But I don't have the slightest intention of calling her out on a date, not after that at least. I'm looking for fun and courting-free relationships and that's too much of a pursue, it'd give the wrong impression.
My plan was, maybe someday we'll bump again and she'll approach me (because I'm not getting dumped twice by the same chick), then I might try again.

She messaged me asking when I'm calling her out. The honest answer is "Hanging out is a never, but I'll go over with wine, or we can skip it and meet for sex". The problem is her being a good friend to a close friend, so I can't risk damaging my reputation by openly stating that.

How do I deescalate this without sounding bitter and butt hurt? I thought of going with "look, it seems like you're looking for something serious and I'm in no mood for it now, you're right, we should leave it for another time".
