Today I did a cold approach. Was at the mall about 5 minutes before I wrote this. Have only cold approached about 5 times in the last year. This girl was the most attractive one yet.

20yrs old, under 6ft, I’d say about a solid 6.

Saw this hot 7/8 walking, went up to her.

Me: excuse me, I wanted to tell you I love the colour of your hair.

Her: thanks. I just got it done today.

Me: what’s you’re name?

Her: (name)

Me: I’m the___colonel, nice to meet you

*shakes hand

Me: what’re you up to right now?

Her: I’m just grabbing some makeup.

Me: mind if I join you?

Her: I’m just in and out today quickly so...

Me: okay no problem, I’ll leave you be

Her: it was nice to meet you

Looking back at this, I think I should’ve been persistent and instead of going away said “I’m only here for a little bit too” (then change subject).

Just want some feedback on this. It was nerve wracking but after doing that I feel good about myself. Going to just continue on with my day.
