Ignore what she says here. Quite often this actually means they will have sex. Just don't bring it up(and don't bring up a relationship or not). Make sure you escalate and try to fuck her though. If she doesn't let you fuck you can say she has to go home or you can keep going another date or two if you want but a chick that is really into you won't make you wait too long.

Your first mistake was asking her to come over. Don't ask, assume she wants to come over because it communicates that you know your value. Besides if she wanted to say no she would still say it. You can ask her what she's doing on friday but don't ask her to come over, give her a time to come over instead. The last time I invited a girl to my house for a first date she ended up telling me how turned on she was when I simply told her to come over at 6, and I'm sure plenty of guys have similar stories. Now this isn't that big of a deal by itself but it speaks to how you are still putting her on a pedestal which is the overarching problem.

Your response wasn't bad but don't start being in-congruent with what you're doing, such as telling her you don't want a relationship. There's other ways of communicating that without coming off as someone who doesn't know what he wants such as "I think we should get to know one another more"

Remember when you're on the date and you try to escalate she will draw attention to you escalating. She'll say stuff like "What are you doing?" or "I thought you said we were only here to watch Netflix" but hold frame and continue escalating
