I've always been pretty assertive with women, I don't let them push me around. But my friend likes to hang out with my ex girlfriend who doesn't have a car and lives far away. She doesn't like where she lives so she always makes him drive back to his neighborhood and they chill there. The issue is, my friend will never give her a ride back because she never gives gas money, and she lives far as fuck away. I always get sucked into driving her because I hate to leave someone stranded.

Last night though, was the last straw. I yelled at my friend for always banking on me giving her a ride back, and then I told her to never expect me to chauffeur her around unless I start getting money. I told her she owes me 20 dollars for last night as well.

Did I do the right thing?
