I've been having this recurring problem where I try too many times to make plans with the same girl(s). The first time I propose a date and they say they're not free I just soft next until I run into them in person or 10 days. When I see them in person they give me IOIs (huge smile/hug/fixing hair/laughing at what I say) so then I ask them out or just text them the next day to setup a meet. When I ask them in person they say they're down but when I go to setup the meet over text they are not free and don't give an option to reschedule.

Am I just being suckered for validation here? How can I differentiate between these types and the types that are giving me IOIs because they actually want to hang out with me? I want to avoid giving these girls any type of validation if they're playing me but it's hard to tell which type they are until I initiate a meetup. How many chances should I give them before I delete the number and move on?

EDIT: It might be possible that I'm being filtered out due to low investment? Perhaps they want me to chase more or put in some more effort before they can rationalize fucking me.
