Gf is in professional school but has had several set backs ( years behind academically due to failing grades multiple times) and im unsure if she’d be able to finish her education ; it’s basically needed otherwise she won’t be able to become a lawyer

Being with someone who is career focused and ambitious is super important to me . Am I an asshole for considering breaking up for this reason ?
