So long story short, I've been hooking up with this pretty hot chick, but withholding a relationship (which I'm pretty sure she wants). She's short, busty as hell and a college cheerleader. She has a real medical condition that prevents us from fucking (for the medically or Google inclined, it's called vaginismus) but she gives killer head. Because of this condition/issue, she has really low self esteem and hates her condition being mentioned. Last night, I joking told her how I thought she was hot in spite of it, which set her off. I held my frame and asked her if she'd ever been taught how to take a compliment, which got the hamster really going. We argued for a few more texts and finally I told her to call me if she wanted to talk for real, and to either get over a little joke, or get over me. She responded with "Alright, I'm sorry".

I'm wondering, what's the next thing to do? Should I just start a conversation and ignore this argument, or add something to wrap it up?
