Many airlines won't refund your ticket unless you bought the expensive refundable ones.

At most you may get is a flight credit with a hefty rebooking fee. My $450 flight to France had a $300 rebooking fee.

Just go on the plane, go to another nearby destination, and do something else.

Consider this. There's no reason to travel to see a chick if you're in it for sex. You can get sex elsewhere for cheaper. She needs to beat that.
Now, she could also have LTR potential or be good company.
Given her behavior, she doesn't have LTR potential anymore. You're left with good company, but that's not something you cross a country for either, unless you're REALLY lonely, in which case you should go but you have more shit to worry about.
