From what I've gathered, it seems women expect more and are bit more picky and fickle when it comes to sex/courtship both in the short and long term. They want good looks,high social status, 6-figure income, dominant and assertive behavior,etc. It seems that either men care about those things to a far lesser degree or they only care if a woman is hot/fertile.
