I think for me it's been good, healthy and fun. I used to do it every day sometimes even twice. BUT I did it using porn. I never thought that porn was a problem, I've never had ED or anything. But near the end of my LTR I would get so mad at myself because I was fapping to some amateur video where the girl gave BJ's or anal or anything my girlfriend wouldn't do with me.

After I broke up with my girlfriend, I tried to go nofap and then realized it is a bunch of bluepill bullshit.

The book "Models" has a cool "masturbation diet" which I follow and it has improved my libido, confidence and sexual feelings towards women. So I still fap, when I feel like it. Sometimes more than once a week, sometimes every other week and 90% of the time I do it without porn.

Everyone masturbates. It's instinct.

It's healthy for most people but like anything some very odd people, very rare, can take it to an extreme. Just like food is necessary for survival but some idiots will insist on eating garbage and pretending it's food or eating too much food.
