I own a two family home. I’ve been showing my other apartment as my tenant is moving. There was this hot Asian woman that came by. I kept it 100% professional but we clicked well. She’s newly divorced (in her late 30s)...I don’t think she’s going to take the apartment. If she did I would be all business with it and not shit where I eat.

If she decides not to take it, is there anything wrong with asking her out for a drink? I don’t see any negative to this. But if there is let me know
