Male hairlines start receding in the temples for most guys in their 30s, some earlier, some later. If that's the only thing you've got going on, you'll do okay in your 30s. If you're receding at the temples, as well as significantly at the front, and your entire hairline is moving back in a classic male pattern baldness way, and by the time you're 25, all you'll be left with is the characteristic horseshoe, shave your head.

If you want a hairstyle then just keep on top of it and take it shorter according to your hair loss. Just don’t try to hold on to a certain style past the point of no return.

If you don’t care then just go full on grade 1 but you can always - and will eventually end up needing to anyway - do this yourself.

Not even kidding, I have had more sex in my late 20's to early 30's than I ever had when younger and with more hair. I shave my hair down and keep a little stubble on the face and obviously have a decent build. Dont even stress.
