I can absolutely tell that if I masturbate before sleeping, I am an absolute wreck the next day with hardly any energy or motivation to do anything. It makes workweeks a complete hell. Why?

Actually, it's really easy to understand.

If you fap, your subconscious will realise your only way of having a sexual release is by yourself. So you realise consciously or not that you can't get laid.

If you have active options (plates or gf), that's another story. But if you have 0 options like I currently do, than avoid fapping for real.

That's why I prefer having a dry streak. When you reach day 15 the amount of horniness you have is incredible. If you really have to fap, then fap after 15 days of abstinence. At least you can truly enjoy that.

Fapping every single day is more a compulsive behavior than a real sexual desire.

Plus, yeah, going more than 15-20 days without a sexual release is pointless unless you are a porn addict.
