Of course it does. Compare women to men. Also, compare 16 year old men to 30 year old men. What exactly do you think is causing the changes in bone structure?

I wonder how HGH factors into this as well. I would think that HGH is more important than T when it comes to chiseled out facial features.

im not sure about the test thing but bone structure from what i understand is genetic and you cant do much about it unless you go for plastic surgery. Low levels of bodyfat help with that and im assuming lifting would help. Surely test has a effect but to what extent, im not sure.

Yes, at 16, i had the face of a 14 year old, i hopped on testosterone cyp 500mg ew as a cycle and now i dont get carded, so yes 6 months of exogenous testosterone matured and masculinized my face

No. The fat you build up affects the shape of your face and of course your skull.

Most of the face's shape is wired before birth and will change only with a serious accident or plastic surgery.

I forced my brother, early 20s AFC who never did any sport, to start lifting. In 6 months it notably improved his facial aesthetics, he has a bigger jaw now. This could be caused by T but maybe also growth hormone (be sure to squat). I'm mid-late 20s and similar thing happened to me since I have started lifting, maybe less spectacular than him.

Also, get low bodyfat (close to 10%) for better looking face and jawline.
