Appearance: You dont have to be beatufull, but be well groomed, dress well, take care of your skin teeth and hair, and body

Ambition: When a man likes what he does with his career, it overflows into his whole life, it makes him walk more confidently, talk more confidently and a go getter is sexy as fuck

Confidence: Keep frame, dont let surprises throw you off, talk like the world is listening, walk like time doesnt matter (a lot of metaphors but i think you get the point)

The way you talk: This goes into the last point of confidence, dont ask questions, say statements, dont talk fast, think about your words, and use silence as an ally

Body Language also ties into confidence, and there are loads of info about that, pretty much maintain upright posture, not crossing your arms, open body bla bla bla

And your social circle, this is perhaps one of the biggest proofs of SMV out there is the people that walk with you and the way you fit into your group, being respected by your peers will be noticed, and make pretty people part of your group

In all seriousness, the easiest way to show high value is to BE high value. Once you pass a certain threshold, you won't have to think about it - you will simple be, and that in itself radiate a high value.

Unlike boners, there is no magic little pill you can just swallow for SMV.

Don't just demonstrate value, HAVE value. Don't talk about being awesome, BE awesome. This isn't a short term act that you think you can keep up for the rest of your life. Being an alpha is a life long goal that you can only get better at.

But if you want to start somewhere and achieve the quickest gains, dress, groom, and hold yourself like an alpha. That means your clothes will have to change, you will have to change or start grooming your hair, have good hygiene, and carry/walk/sit/stand like you own the place.

The next harder part is being able to look at people properly, and talk to people properly. This is a lot of trial and error that you need to find works for you.
