Short story, met this chick in a bar. next day She left me on read after I texted her for logistics on IG.

No contact after. Weeks pass.

Yesterday in a bar, she approaches me saying: Hey, I'm sorry bla bla. I didn't remember who you were and plus i was pretty busy that day, wasn't able to make it.

She said, can we start over? I played pretty cool. She said she's gonna go back to her friends and I can join them later.

A while later I approach her with her friends group, but kinda focus on her only. We do some heavy flirting- when her friend calls her over and whispers something to her.

She turns back to me, saying that her friends are being jelous that I take all her attention away so, kinda telling me that I need to leave them, but she wants to see me tomorrow. I say I'm busy tomorrow, so today later I am heading to this place and she can join me. She gives me this sexy and flirty look, saying yea we can do that. Let me know when you'll be heading there.

Later on, I text her, "i'm going there, u coming?". She didn;t see the message. So i decided to go, so while i was leaving the bar, i bumped into her again, and said that I am leaving there. She was still with her friends, so she looked a bit confused and i just said, aiight c ya. and left.

She apparently later read the message. Didn't reply back. and not any contact today as well.

So it really did sting my ego, kinda fool me twice thing. It's not oneitis, i don't really like her that much, she just has bangin body and mostly it bothers me because of my ego.

How to overcome this kind of ego stinging in the future?
