Escort is a euphemism for prostitute. You have to watch out for law enforcement (if it is illegal where you are) and whether they provide a good service or not. That's all. Oh, and they next to never match the photos and many don't kiss (or charge extra for it). Personally I think it's a waste of money and a cold and transactional experience no matter how much she fakes it (or even actually enjoys it herself) because of the fact that it is about money.
