Been in this exact situation. Crazy ex broke up with me 2 days before my birthday. But I ignored her and she began chasing. I let her back a week later. It was great for 6 weeks, then she was back to her erratic BPD behaviours.

She went out with a guy who was chasing her on her birthday. I called her out on it. She manipulated the situation and then broke up 2 days before a big party she had helped me plan.

Ok...I was crushed. But I can tell you that you have to focus. This oneitis you're experiencing is an unhealthy addiction. Focus on meeting other girls and just avoiding getting tied up with girls like your ex.

In my case I've moved so far ahead. She stalks me from time to time. But it's been 2 years since I ended all contact and I honestly can't see why I was so broken up about her. She aint all that...

If the phone is in your name, under your plan, you are the legal owner of it. You can demand she return your property. If she refuses, go file in small claims court against her. And report the phone stolen to the cops and to the phone company and have it shut down.

I did this with an ex-girlfriend. She went berserk, but in the end she capitulated and paid up.

Same thing happened to me dude. "Oh don't worry about him he's some annoying kid" but it gets better. You'll get sad time to time thinking about it but realize that it's over and you've gotta work on bettering yourself.

A similar situation happened to me a month ago except she dumped me for chad. Holy shit it was a shitty month. For the past week I've been getting a lot better by working on myself.

My advice to you is to just let it out. I bottled up my emotions because I didn't want to seem like a little bitch to myself, family, and friends. I drove myself crazy becasue of it.

Think of it like peeing. You need to pee otherwise you'll damage your bladder and that's not healthy. Just make sure you don't wallow in it and turn yourself into a victim. When i was being mindful I found myself playing in my head about what happened between us and getting some kind of emotional pleasure out of it like I was watching Shaws hank redemption. Don't do that and if you do keep playing it over and over until you sick of it. The only way a sad movie starts getting losing its novelty.

Same thing happened to me. I lived with her and we were together 2 years. Not a week after we break up to fix ourselves she fucks a "friend". 2 months later in a relationship and she's planning on moving in with him. It's been 3 months and does it bother me? Sometimes dude. It's going to suck for a while but that guy doesn't know what's coming to him. You can talk to me if you need to I know how you feel.
