How about you get to the point where you're non-exclusively having sex with ten different women, you spend 12 months doing that, rotating women in and out as needed, and when you get to that point, then see if you still want to ask a bunch of men from the internet that you don't know for a list of traits that make it okay for you to have a serious girlfriend.

Firstly you have to find one that is worth being exclusive with. That is extremely rare. Even if you did, it probably wouldn't last long if you don't keep your eyes on/fuck other girls at the same time to maintain her jealousy.

Go at it naturally, have some plates or girls of interest and see how they behave. 12 months is too long for vetting, almost no girl will wait that long when she is interested in a relationship.

The topic red flags is another one, i wish you much luck in finding a girl with no red flags, its horrible and i mean absolutely sad how terrible women are these days. Most of them are minefields of red flags and have so much garbage on them its hilarious.

They got beaten,assaulted,tattoos,crappy family,no job,shit hobbies,no skills,mental problems,uneducated political views,consumerism and yeah i could go on and on.
