Hello there everyone!

First of all, I thank this wonderful community for helping me understand many of the dynamics of our society as well as show me the ways I can improve myself as a human being.

Three months ago, I had a bike accident where I severely injured my left knee. My left knee has bursitis ever since. I went to several doctors, took X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, the whole package. Fortunately, nothing is broken and no surgery is needed. I just need to wait it out and do certain stretches.

Three months ago was the first time I had to interrupt my lifting routine after 15 months of religiously following it. At first, I just thought the condition would just be for a few weeks, but now on my third month I am getting weaker and weaker. I don't know what to do (other than ice the knee, walk a bit, and do stretches).

I can't do my squats and I can't do my deadlifts.

I've recently started doing push ups, and was wondering if you fellows could give me any pointers on exercises I can do that won't affect my knee condition.

Cheers
