You know when I knew my wife didn't love me anymore? When I was so ill in bed, and I'm never ill, I worked all the time. After 2 days I walk downstairs from hunger and she's cooking for herself. Not a thought was given to maybe bringing me some.

That was the end, I moved to a separate room. She spent a week trying to explain that away. But I finally saw through it.

You can't rely on a woman, especially when you're down with flu. Looks like you learned your lesson too.

You're an idiot because instead of getting to the point with what u needed which was the supplies, you wasted timebtryingnto initiate a normal convo, waiting for her to answer before u ask for what u need.

For future reference: " Hey (her name), I'm borrowing some of your time. I'm bed ridden, sick with the flu and really dehydrated. I have no alternative right now but to ask u if u can drop of (name of products) at my place as soon as u can please. I have the money here I'm just in no shape to drive. I can take care of myself other than for that. Thanks"

She didn't help you & doesn't require an explanation.

If/When it arises in the next conversation, blow it off and change the subject.

Why didn't you go with something like: Hey pick me up some Gatorade, will ya?

Also just drink water man.
