What inspired you to try this? Have you had multiple people tell you that you make weird faces or have a weird voice?

Even if so, they could be a positive thing if you are able to reframe yourself by raising your confidence and SMV. Most high value motivational speakers make really weird faces all the time and some (Gary Vanerchuck) have weird voices. Seems like something you shouldn't obsess over either way

There is not too much that can reasonably done about the timbre or register of your voice... but you CAN (and probably should) consider your elocution/pronounciation.

Figure out what kind of accent you have and then start focusing on properly pronouncing your 'ing's and 'ed's... often this is more than enough to set you apart in someone else's mind because very few people actually speak properly.

It will sound stilted at first, but will become more natural with practice.

Is this a real question? Seriously?

Why don't you spend your time doing something worthwhile so you have something to say instead of worrying about how you look while you're nattering on about nothing?

You want to look energized, passionate, and confident. That will come through naturally if you are talking about something important and worthwhile to you.

Outside of checking my squat form, I spend about twenty seconds a day looking in the mirror, mostly to see how much hair I still have left.
