First, I'll explain what's happening. Then, I'll tell you what to do.

Best case scenario, she's trying to lock you down. This "inviting people to hang out" shit is her slotting you into the boyfriend role. If you don't challenge it, and show up, you've passively acquiesced to her frame. Throw in a few more of these, and you might get The Talk.

Worst case scenario, she's a narcissistic cunt who wants to test your alphaness by having you compete against her other guy.

My recommendation: call her up and cancel.

Even if you want her as a GF, make that move on your terms, not hers. And canceling eliminates the risk of a retarded alpha showdown that wastes your time.

"Hey, I'm not up for that. If you want to have a get-together, have it on another night, or have it without me."

She might back down. If you still want to see her, go for it. Just be aware that she may try to pull this shit again soon.

I'm going to go against the grain here and say it's not a big deal. If you genuinely don't care about they other guy, and won't get upset, anxious or jealous, then go and have a good time. You keeping your cool around her other fucktoy may win alpha points anyway.

I had a similar situation but fucked it up by getting upset and jealous. I hid it, but I ended up staying quiet and rigid through the night. She blew me off the next day.

So if you can hold your cool and frame, go and have fun (assuming you want to - if you don't, then cancel).

She likes or wants the attention of two (or more) suitors. In which case she's a narco lunatic and you should next her.
She hoping for some dramatic alpha showdown. In which case she's a narco lunatic and you should next her.
