As other said, you're doing good. It's a sign that she feels like you still have options: it's important to show you're ready to walk away. I think you cannot comfort her, she must deal with the fact that she must work her ass off to win you, and you'll never show she did.

maybe you can replace her more easily than she can replace you. after all, we know women are all the same, and RP men are much rarer than BP men. might not be the best idea to tell her in those words though.

maybe just tell her that if she's feeling that, maybe acknowledge that yeah, you know you're different from most other guys, you're a rarer breed. and instead of worrying about it, she should just be glad she's got a higher value man. maybe ask her if she thinks worthy of you? put it back on her.
