There are probably a number of things that should be done, the only thing that I can suggest is to take the time to save/screenshot all communications between the two of you.

In addition to having a digital folder, I would also print out a paper set of copies and keep it in a plain folder. This way, god forbid if a formal allegation were made everything would be good to-go.

Edit: This might also include communication with friends from immediately after about you not getting hard or whatever.

Normally involving (potential) crime I always say no contact.

In this case, ask get via recordable media, text, email, anything, get proof of her admitting it didn't happen. Save it. Keep it digitally secured and backed up.

I've been in your shoes. We were both legal adults (which is worse - at least you can have hopes for a sealed juvie record). The woman was mentally ill, but gave good face, and I had no idea how crazy she was until I started hearing from third parties that she was telling people I'd sexually assaulted her.

Stay as far away from her as possible. Any texts, social media, or voicemail should be ignored. If she approaches you face-to-face, do NOT give her any reason to be mad a you, so do NOT snub her. Be friendly, but vague and get away as soon as you politely can.

Under NO circumstances be alone with her.

I recruited two people in my circle of acquaintance to do damage control FOR me. They very specifically did NOT trash her deliberately. But when the rumors came up, they would point out that that didn't sound like me and that maybe the story had grown in the telling.

That was it. Eventually it died down and she moved out of state.

As a minor, you're going to be okay in the long term.
