Be fun, upbeat, and clear about your intentions. (Something that works for me: After 10-20 minutes or so of good conversation let her catch you staring at her tits and say "What? I can't help myself. You look great." with a smile). I usually go to at least 2 locations. A chill bar for a drink or two then walk to a more upbeat place for another one. When you're at the fun bar or leaving and things have been going well go for the kiss. Have an excuse to take her back to your place. You want to show her something or have a night cap. She might decline. If so, it's not a big deal, but if you've done things right she'll convince herself to go back with you.

Any tips besides the usual push,pull kino etc. ?

Go out for drinks, not dinner. That way you can bounce if she's really lame, and you're only out a couple bucks and about 40 minutes of your time.
I always focus on body language and other non-verbal communication when I meet a new girl. Don't cross your legs or arms, keep your head up, good eye contact, etc. to communicate confidence.
If she's "too cute," focus on her "flaws" and acts like you've slept with her before. Maybe her nose is a little big? Etc.
If she's shit testing you, use amused mastery and agree and amplify. Squashing shit tests is a form of flirting.
Unless the date is going horribly, always go for the kiss close.
Have fun. Don't talk about your ex, don't be negative, etc.
If she's dumb/selfish, put her in her place and don't even pay for her. Call her out on her shitty behavior and leave. Self-respect in all things, mate.
