First Date Escalation? How far should one go?

Obviously this is going to depend on the girl but as far as escalation goes on first dates or hangouts how far should one escalate?

Obviously an f close would be ideal for most girls unless you're trying to LTR maybe, but in you all's experience when has it been best to take it slow and escalate over two dates or more?

I feel like a kiss on the first date should always be a goal as you risk falling into orbiter territory, but just wanted some more seasoned people's input.
