Don't assume what would be boring to her. You're falling into her frame already here. Do what you find enjoyable. If a restaurant or bar is exciting to you, then go. Don't try to win her over because you think she's spoiled.

it doesn't matter when it's a high quality restaurant or not, what matters is how you will Lead the date. don't lose your frame, she will test it during your date. I recommend going to amusement parks (find a popular one) and ride the most popular and most extreme rides (you will appear fun & interesting, and she will be comfortable around you.)(because of misattribution of emotions.) then open up to her (not too much,asap say little about yourself. that creates mystery).

Don't get shaky, you'll be nervous but that's a good thing man, you'll see it as fun later. Just follow everything you've learned here and enjoy yourself. Huh? It's her job to entertain you, not the other way around. Do what you find to be fun and entertaining. You should be more worried about her boring you. It's up to her to impress you, and prove she's worth your valuable time and energy, not the other way around. Don't forget that.

Her job is to qualify herself to you, be your plaything, submit to your frame/leadership, and be your partner in crime/fun.

If she's not willing to do any of those things, she's basically a waste of your time. You should DGAF about her boring ass, and you should politely excuse yourself.
