Try it but it may not work. In the worst of my flatline(I'm still in it, but not as bad) I could not get an erection at all whatsoever, even with 5mg cialis. However, my morning wood that night was so stiff it hurt. Definitely PIED like you. I had no issue getting hard to porn.

I’d you have PIED then pills will likely not do anything for you. Your issue lies between the strength of the signal of stimulation between your brain and your penis. Blood flow is not an issue and the pills only work on increasing blood flow- not stimulation.

Most people with PIED see no effect.

Just deflect for a week or two and try then.

Hey OP, I'm a doctor of nursing; PMHNP. You have likely to wait months+ or more for epigenetic changes to occur in the reward centers in your brain. These brain changes are also causing the anhedonia and zombieness. As people have noted in the comments, stop watching videos and get some good exercise. Squats, dead lifts, chest press, lat rows, & overhead press. Maybe some jogging. You will be better in no time.

Also, I didn't see anyone ask if you were really attracted to the woman you want to see? Is the "weirdness" something that she could easily do? I take it as not.

IF this lasts more than 3 months, please go see a psych MD or GP.

you should go see a doctor. ED could be the readily apparent effect of plenty of underlying issues, such as abnormal blood pressure, heart issues, diabetes, mental health issues, and so on.
