You handled it well. I was in the same situation, I had no interest in making school social and trying to get drunk under the guise of 'studying' been there and done that. "Guess" "Old enough to party" and if you want to really grill someone "probably old enough to date your mom and your sister". Don't be surprised if everyone starts looking up to you and you get all the young girls melting in your hand. Wear it as a badge of honor, you have life experience and confidence, nothing wrong with being more distinguished.

That sets off bad creeper vibes. Act your age, display maturity when you need to and playfulness when you need to.

I've always responded with a "Guess."

You need a certain amount of rapport for that to work, otherwise it's just creepy.

Don't lie about your age - that's rape by deception, or at best you will become a social pariah in an instant.

Collage girls in their 20s all think they knew everything, they think they're mature and can handle older guys because she's a special snowflake unicorn princess.

I'm not at that age but I've heard plenty of women will weed you out if they ask you early on in meeting them and you give an answer that is above the threshold of their conscious bias. You can tell them after they've invested in you more (ie had sex) but at that point they will just hamster.

A few things you can do is just ask her to guess, give her shit for her answer, act play offended, etc, etc but ultimately dodge the question. Or as Roosh does you can just tell her you won't answer that question. In either scenario if she is really persistent on the answer you probably never had a chance.
