Fuck no it's not. What are you going to do? Say, "No, I chose this place and that's what we're doing whether you like it or not!?!" That's more of a loss of frame imo. If their alternative is better, do it.

Nope. Accepting a good course of action isn't losing frame.

If someone wants to go see a movie and you're dying to see that movie, then you're not entering their frame by agreeing.

A lot of guys, if it's a woman in this example, will agree to the movie, but then change a detail to make sure things are staying in his frame and he at least maintains the illusion of leadership in this case. For instance, she offers to go see the 7:15 showing, they'll change it to 8:00 and tell her they're going for drinks first, so wear something cute.

Otherwise, don't overthink it.
