Embarrassed to have to ask this, but it seems a common occurrence. Do you guys experience the same thing? I’m pretty good at getting a number from a girl when I’m out, but they seldom reply to my initial texts.

I know they aren’t fake numbers because they show up on whatsapp with the pic of the girl. So they could have given fake numbers but they didn’t. I always miss type one letter in a girls number when I type it in my phone to see if they correct it and they mostly do.

My opening message is normally like “great to meet you lastnight, it’s bickisnotmyname. What you up to today?” .

Any similar experiences? Any lessons I can learn?
