Based on the doubtful story, your girlfriend is probably looking for a comfort test from you which is fueled by not only your gf's feelings toward mom getting a new bf, but possibly from the lack of a stable father figure for a period of her life. (Tell me if I guessed right lol)

Let us not forget the possibility that the bf IS a weirdo. Weirdo test: is their significantly odd BEHAVIOR from both women around him, and does this change when he is not around? Does he look you in the eye? Is his hand a wet noodle? Does he shoot the shit with you?

Sems like you should find a way to put a little fear/ respect into him. No time for s long response but putting something in your girl's back pocket is creepy/ disrespectful. Give him a little edge maybe next time but nothing crazy just kinda kee him at arm's length... strong eye contact helps. Like "im not afraid of you" eye contact. Maybe even a hint of a comment about it. Tread carefully tho but i would keep my eye on this guy.

Understand that in his provider position, proximity, and power, and the fact that he's not related to any woman there may very well transform into something sexual with your GF. Sexually speaking, despite what stoic-frame-armchairtheory betas in here say, violence is the answer (violence is often the answer). That's how men naturally sort themselves out when someone puts you in a position where you can't peacefully retain your public image or self-respect. However, our environment forces many of us to take a loss (legally speaking) even if it's 100% justifiable. Is it worth it? What are your other options?

There's not much you can do other than moving in with her (keep your enemies closer and all). Or you can stalk her 24/7. How do either of those sound? I'd recommend you use her to attract another girl with a fatass as a back-up. Again, you could use violence, but what are the long term consequences of that decision? Fidelity and sex short term, nothing good long term.

Another thing you must understand is that your instincts were developed in a time where socialism and multi generational families were the default system. In which case they will resent you out of self-interest for confrontation. They would turn on you and blame you even though your actions were sexually justified. You get a simlar result to what you feared happened if you did nothing.

There's nothing you can do to suppress your emotions. Not only are they a subconscious phenomena, but are justified and based in reality. Violence/move-in and be a provider, stalking, pray nothing happens (lol), or create backup girls. Make your choice.
