The 3-4 dates were all within a week and did different things.

You should have dates once a week. Max 2. Seeing her 3-4 times in a week show you have nothing else going on and that you are lacking options. Women like men who have options. You probably came off as clingy.

she is nothing more than an option. Treat her as such. She might have boyfriend, she might hate men, she might hate you. I would argue that having sex two times isn't enough. I would say sex multiple times over the course of a few weeks. Just sounds like it didn't go anywhere.
