In September I saw this girl I met on Tinder when I was in my parent's city for a trip home. I'm back in the city for Xmas so I hit her up again and we agreed to do drinks tonight.

Last time I saw her we had a drink then went back to her place and watched a movie and fooled around. Didn't fuck. This time she's hedging with "I'm not DTF" and "I have to get up early tomorrow" before I see her.

Now I would've settled for a couple drinks and catching up (I'm moving here in a couple months and want to keep this line open) but I don't want to fall into her frame of catching up for forty minutes at a bar like we're old friends and not a Tinder hook-up.

All of this communication is via text. So at first I joke around and tell her she sounds like my prom date's Dad with the rules and ask if she has anything else to add. She says she's making the rules. I tell her instead of getting a drink let's go to her apartment and watch a movie instead. She says no. I tell her I just want to play with her pussy (she has a cat) and that I'll be a perfect gentleman. She calls the date off because she's "uncomfortable." I respond "Ok", and then she reaches back out to me twenty minutes later saying she didn't want to feel pressured physically and she thought I knew what she meant when she said she's not dtf yada yada. I'm still going back and forth a bit with her and the door may still be open for another time but it's closing and I'm chalking this up as a learning experience.

How would you have handled this? If a girl you fooled around with already is saying "I have to get up early" and "I'm not DTF" before you even meet the second time how would you respond?
