Asked girl on date because her interest was insanely high (Would constantly hit me up). Found out she was going on vacation for month after I asked her. Now she hits me up daily for small talk and i don’t know how to approach it. Honestly I just been ignoring it for like 3 days at a time until I respond but idk if I should just flat out say

“hey, don’t content me until you get back from vacation. I’m not interested in the small talk. We have plans when you get back and I plan to follow through with those but for now I don’t want to talk every day”.

The small talk is incredibly meaningless conversation. I can’t find topic to talk about when I work 10 hours. I can talk for days in person but the small talk texting is so dumb to me.
