This is pure speculation as OP lacks context.

Yes, it is a good thing. This means you generate strong emotions (would you call somone a devil in a social nonsexual situation?) and the emotions are on the "bad side" (whatever it may be). Therefore it's something akin to calling you a "badboy".

Or, perhaps, it's someting trivial like your looks, clothing or mennerisms.
